Choosing Proper Mode
You can find a list of various modes to contact us. Choose a mode based on the urgency / severity of your issue. Average response time is given against each mode. Response can be made much before the average time depending on the load on our respondents.
Please note that Response Time should not be interpreted as resolution time. Resolution time depends on the issue and will be intimated in our response.
PLEASE DO NOT USE A FASTER MODE IF YOUR ISSUE IS NOT THAT URGENT.
